Spirit Bounce w/ Soulherder?

With the recent Soulherder card that's going to be released soon, I am considering building a W/U tribal Spirit deck that centers around bouncing creatures to buff it up, as well as using ETB effects to lock down the opponent. Obviously I would use cards like Nebelgast Herald , Rattlechains , and Spell Queller , as well as cards like Essence Flux , Path to Exile , and maybe even Always Watching ? I'd also maybe like to include Geist of Saint Traft , Brago, King Eternal , and Drogskol Captain if I can, but they may not fit.
I'm hoping I can get some suggestions for card choices here? I pretty much have lands covered and most of the creatures, but any suggestions would be most welcome. I'd like to keep this tribal, too.

Spell Queller isnt something you'd want to flicker. when it leaves play, the opponent gets their previously exiled spell back, and there wouldn't be any spells on the stack when Spell Queller comes back into play.
Soulherder can probably be good in the right shell, but not in UW spirit tribal. theres a few good ETB's in spirits, but nothing that i know of that really becomes game-winning just from the ability to repeat it each turn.
I have my own spirit deck that i've been experimenting with, and my maindeck mana curve climaxes with Drogskol Captain and Spell Queller . every other creature is 2 or less mana. too many creatures in the cmc 3 spot would just slow the deck down

Funkydiscogod, that combo does seem fun, but it also seems to be a lot of effort for one board clear, and I'm not sure how it would fit into this deck. I do like the idea, though!
Sarkhan420X, could you explain your deck and how it works? I'd really like to get a deck going that is tribal but focuses largely on ETB effects being bounced for control. You may be right that Soulherder doesn't necessarily fit for that, which is a bummer as it's a beautiful card! Anything else you could contribute would be wonderful!

shadow63, I would like to keep the deck at a low average CMC (3 CMC being the max). That should keep things going quickly, I'd like to think!
Flooremoji, I forgot about that. That's a shame.
ToolmasterOfBrainerd, if I were to not go with tribal, then these are great suggestions!

the deck i use doesn't really have the same theme as what you're going for, but i don't mind explaining my deck. my spirit build has a lot of counterspells like Mana Leak and Rune Snag , with Mausoleum Wanderer and Spell Queller as my "counterspells on wings". it also has lots of power/toughness boosts in Supreme Phantom , Favorable Winds , and Drogskol Captain .
i'm not saying Soulherder doesn't work for bouncing creatures with etb effects. thats exactly what it was intended for. i'm saying it doesn't work in the usual spirit tribal build, because most spirits don't have meaningful ETB's.

They're not spirits, but Flickerwisp , Restoration Angel , and Eldrazi Displacer are powerful flicker effects in modern. Also consider Fiend Hunter . Just some cards to keep in mind, even though they're not spirits.
