What spells will counter menace?

One of my friends is using a deck filled with black flying menace creatures and enchantments.
Is there a way to counter menace? Thank you.
you counter menace the same way you counter any creature that is a threat for any reason. get rid of it. a deck should have forms of creature removal anyway. Lightning Bolt, Terminate, Fatal Push, Smother, Go for the Throat, Path to Exile, Beast Within, and Unsubstantiate are all good options.

Any sort of Pillow-Fort effects that simply dissuade or limit your opponent from even attacking you generally shut Menace down.
Crawlspace, Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Sphere of Safety, etc.
Knowing what colors you're playing in would help with suggestions too. :)

Yeah, so there's also Turn to Frog, stuff like Skylasher and Clip Wings in Green which trolls flyers, and there's always Essence Scatter to get rid of threats before they even hit the field (that's my personal fav). Or just use B to Murder or Dark Betrayal once they do hit the field.

if you really don't want something big with menace like morkrut necropod, a exile like angelic purge could work, and make sure it doesn't come back if they're using the graveyard.

Cards like Humility or Sudden Spoiling. Bounce/kill spells, casting enough creature or generating enough tokens to block each of them.
