So far I have Psychosis Crawler, Jace's Erasure, Liliana's Caress, Megrim, Quest for the Nihil Stone, Sangromancer, Raiders' Wake, Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Nezumi Shortfang, Shrieking Affliction, and Paupers' Cage.

Chains of Mephistopheles is also over $300, so it wouldn't be very feasible unless the deck is intended to be Cockatrice-only.

I missed where it said "budget" and I did note CoM as "ultimate" tax, so there is that. For a little more reasonable price, though, let's say a combo of Mindcrank with Bloodchief Ascension and Duskmantle Guildmage and just kill everyone for $10...
