Combo

People keep saying to use Enter the Infinite to win, which I find incredibly dumb because if you are at 12 mana in the first place you would probably have a much better win con.

If you have Lim-Dul's Vault in your hand, try to get a Mana Severance and an Undercity Informer.

Cast Mana Severance targeting yourself, and have Undercity Informer already on the battlefield. Activate Undercity Informer's ability, targeting yourself again, and use it to sacrifice itself.

Either cast or flashback Lingering Souls, then Narcomoeba will automatically be put onto the battlefield, unless you have it in your hand. If you do, cast it, unless you already have at least three creatures in the battlefield.

Flashback Dread Return, targeting Laboratory Maniac if it is your graveyard. If not, cast it. Use counter spells to protect it until your next upkeep.
