This is a very fast ultra-budget Legacy deck that is a variation of Cephalid Breakfast. In the absence of disruption, this deck can easily combo off on turn two for the win. It also costs less than $40!

I feel this is a great deck to build if you are just beginning to try out Legacy, have a small budget, but still want to compete in local tournaments.

A more expensive but still budget variation sits in the maybe board.
