This is an affinity deck that can be upgraded into the full thing over time. It is quite good, and it has a lot of the power full affinity decks house for about 10% of the price. The goal of the deck is flood the board with artifacts to cast Frogmite and Myr Enforcer for a lot cheaper if not free which is easier than you'd think. After your hand is gone Thoughtcast helps refill it for only one blue mana because affinity makes sense. You want to make sure you get Cranial Plating or Tempered Steel at some point because those really close out the games. A really op play is cranial plating+vaultskirge.

When I start to upgrade this deck I will probably get +3Steel Overseer and -3 Tempered Steel . That would phase out white which means that red goes in with Galvanic Blast and improved sideboard.
