Looking for a legit budget deck that can win FNM or some MTGO league with a bit of luck for good running?Here is a perfect deck to play Tempo in Standart. Unless Lady luck is against you, you should never lose to control and combo match-up with the amount of countermagic in the deck.

Point of the deck is to get some early threat on the battlefield the first 3 turns, then leave our counterspell to keep our advantage up. When nothing is worth countering, play a flash creature! (or play a flash creature after a sweeper to keep the pressure on)

Perilous voyage, dive down and glint-nest crane may seems a bit odds, but they're required to have a chance vs aggro matchup.
