Trample Tramps (Casual MTG Deck)

This deck is a constant work in progress. In its original form, most cards featured elven hussies in the artwork (see Talara's Battalion , Bramblewood Paragon, and Sylvan Ranger as examples). The deck would win via a ramp/trample/overrun strategy and that's how it got its name. Since that early deck, I've been forced to drop much of the artwork theme, but the strategy remains the same.

With a total of 46 elves in the deck, cards like Sylvan Messenger and Lead the Stampede will typically draw 3 or more elves. I often use them to dig for Quirion Ranger or Ezuri, Renegade Leader. The first nearly doubles my mana capacity: the second ratchets up the beatdown.

It's a Babe Ruth deck. It swings big and it misses big. But, lordy, it is fun when it connects.

I added one more land and dropped Joraga Warcaller from the list. When given the choice between dumping mana into the warcaller, or pumping up Ezuri, Renegade Leader, it was always more effective to with Ezuri. I may add a third Ezuri or bring back Tribal Forcemage, but I'm currently testing a 4th Fyndhorn Elves to see if it makes a difference in drawing good starting hands.
