This applies to most matchups:

Chainer's Edict and Doom Blade are interchangeable depending on the matchup. By round 2, you should have either 2 Chainer's Edict or 2 Doom Blade in the main.

Aggro (go wide strategy) Show

Against decks with many many 1 power creatures, Gnaw to the Bone is amazing, it basically makes them think they can tap out and attack you, before damage you cast Gnaw to the Bone, and attack back for a lot, if not lethal. I usually bring in 2 Gnaw to the Bone and take out 1 Gurmag Angler and 1 Hooting Mandrills.

Shrivel is also good.

Mono Blue Delver Show

I typically side in 2 Duress, and side out 2 Gurmag Angler. Duress helps get things out of their hand and angler is too slow for cards like Vapor Snag.

Side in 1 Doom Blade and side out 1 Chainer's Edict

Disfigure is good and should stay in most of the time. Hits cards like Delver of Secrets  .

Side note: I've noticed that Hooting Mandrills is extremely good against them most of the time.
