Further Refinements are Needed —Jan. 19, 2017
I am still not fully satisfied with the 98 and think improvement is possible. I was suprised to find out that I only had 8 tutors in the deck, which is much lower than I am accustomed to. I added Lim-Dul's Vault as it was the best of the notable exclusions. I have been less than impressed with my filter cards Prismatic Lens and candleabra of tawnos so they got the axe and I only want to reinclude them if absolutely necessary. I am potentially looking for replacements for these cards
Impulse; Cyclonic Rift; Leovold, Emissary of Trest; Whispering Madness
The following cards are being considered to add consistency to the deck
Tutors: Dark Petition; Transmute Artifact; Muddle the Mixture
I definitely will add one of these, but maybe two.
Ramp: Cabal Ritual; Talisman of Impulse; Elvish Mystic; Simian Spirit Guide
These are less likely as additions due to my high ramp concentration. All offer slightly different things but none are fantastic.
Combo: Power Artifact
Yes it adds a dead card to my deck but it also adds another decent way to end the game with grim monolith. It also makes Muddle the Mixture better.
Well here is where I am at. Any thoughts on what would be best?
Yay, eggs gets a mention! Also, what're your thoughts on Spire of Industry given your artifact count?

I think you still need to switch Stomping Ground to Taiga. I can see why Prismatic Lens is in there as color is occasionally an issue with this list but I feel another Talisman of Impulse might work better.
I also thought of Walking Ballista but I feel it requires you to go infinite which while likely feels more pressing than Aetherflux Reservoir. The benefit is obviously you have access to marginal spot removal for hatebears and annoying creatures which I think is great. Let me know how it tests for you.
Currently I have slightly mixed feelings but I want to try adding Elvish Mystic in addition to keeping Llanowar Elves. Ramping is so crucial to this list that I feel its reasonable. I'm surprised you took out Simian Spirit Guide as it performed fairly well for me as a surprise ritual.

Fixed the stomping ground oversight. Right now I am testing prismatic lens to see if its worth a slot. Honestly, I just need more things that tap for blue. Thats why I have avoided the talisman and dumped spirit guide. Spirit guide tested well enough, but I cant use it twice like other rituals with yawgmoth's will so that seems bad to me in a deck that so frequently abuses yawgwin. Let me know how the dorks do for you. Btw LED is absolutely amazing in this build. I probably shouldn't be suprised but good call
