This is my take on the eminent domain deck on the building on a budget article on the wizards website. I also listed some of the different card ideas that other people came up with. I will accept any opinions on what cards to add.

added the navigator/conscript combo for a fallback win-con which 2-1ed my naya blitz deck and 2-0ed my dredge legacy deck. the combo works well but each card individually supports the deck. Zealous Conscripts can steal stuff (nuff said), a Deadeye Navigator paired with a Frost Titan caqn really lock down an opponent and Gilded Lotus gives you an upper hand after a Wildfire
