The madness! (Standard MTG Deck)

This deck is based around the madness mechanic and vampires. I decided to build this after going to a few FNM games and not seeing much of it used, and I have always loved how vampire tribal decks have played. As of right now it plays very aggro, which I wanted, but the consistency could be better. I do not have a sideboard either, but I am open to new ideas.
