A deck i slowly put together over the past couple months and i've enjoyed everything about it, it allows me to compete with my friend against his very strong decks and he even thinks it's pretty competitive despite the weird combo. Really looking for feedback on this and I really want to start going to modern tournaments at my nearby card shop :).
Pros-Very good against mono color, obviously half as good against dual color.
-Sphinx's Tutelage can cycle out an opponents lands and may ruin his plans.
-Chasm Skulker is a great way to start a defensive line if you manage to buff him up especially with his token spawn.
-Very fun against death decks and other mill decks. Can compete with some aggro decks.
-Turn 5-6 kills are very possible with the combination of a buffed up Chasm Skulker+
Life's Legacy
+Sphinx's Tutelage= trigger a lot of times. (Gotten 15 triggers turn 6 once LMAO)(Having multiple tutelages is broken.)
-Deck's with less than 20 lands will have a badddd time.
Cons-Not that great against fast killers. (obviously)
-Sometimes can be slow with the kill.
-Can fall short against burn decks but MAY triumph through the gods not giving him lands to instant kill. But that's why i added Monastery Siege.
-Tricolor basically make tutelage doodoo quality but still useful.
-Disenchant is GG.
I'm currently brain storming on different ways to play the deck, such as cutting half the draw instances and sorceries and more draw effect through aggro methods, i ordered cards like Vedalken Heretic and Zameck Guildmage along with them running with Bred for the Hunt and Military Intelligence this can do a hit or miss when it comes to either aggro or milling out.
