This is a version of the Damn Rats pauper deck, which in the classic build relies on cycling into a songs of the damned and using the songs plus either crypt rats or consume spirit to go in for the kill. This version throws out the consume and uses Ulamog's Crusher and exhume; note that you can also cast Ulamog using songs of the damned, or use exhume to get one of your cycling fatties on the board early.
