A very experimental deck trying to Orzhov Control with emphasis on Sanguine Bond and Obzedat, Ghost Council (preferably both) as win conditions.

I am making this deck mostly for a friend, and I am not familiar with Orzhov and Black/White in general. If there are any obvious cards that I should be playing, please let me know. And I would also love any ideas for a sideboard and planeswalkers. Is Liliana of the Dark Realms worth it? The abundance of singletons in my sideboard are to swap between creature heavy and control heavy decks. For example, I would swap out Alms Beast and Vizkopa Guildmages against control heavy decks or swap them in against creature heavy decks.

My concerns are whether the Vizkopa Guildmages, Merciless Evictions, Alms Beast, and Crypt Ghast are worth it. Perhaps drop the Vizkopa Guildmage and Alms Beast for 4x Crypt Ghast and 4x Debt to the Deathless for insanely good combos? Maybe move Merciless Evictions to the sideboard?

(FYI, Ultimate Price and Duress will be swapped for Thoughtseize and Hero's Downfall as funds allow.)
