Mass Hysteria seems out of place for me though because it's group hug. I get why it's in there. May Sootstoke Kindler or Bloodthorn Taunter a possible solution eventhough they got a higher CmC? They can block and be sacced as well.

What happens when Aetherflux Reservoir gets removed or countered? You have no recursion or plan b as far as i can see.

Now this is going to sound dumb but would you go Plasm Capture or regular Counterspell instead of Mana Drain? I know there really is no replacement but...

I think Regrowth would be better in place of Sylvan library, what do you think?

Noxious Revival has done some good work for me in my yidris deck. Maybe you'd consider ttying that card out if you haven't already considered it. But maybe it's not even worth throwing in one source of recursion solely for that reservoir?

So brief update. I'm currently jamming a hulk deck and yisan IRL and cockatrice. I"ll give this an update when i'm actively working on it.

So like.. What does this deck do and how does it win. Because currently I'm not seeing it. It just looks like a lot of wheel effects and a Waste Not.

Soothsaying I have built this deck almost to the tee bar Timetwister, Lion's Eye Diamond and the duel lands and it goes off 90% of the time after Yidris hits. I played a game last night with 5 people, Yidris was removed twice and I ended up bringing him back, swinging and getting to a storm count of like 35 with the reservoir out however the table was pretty casual so I was the dick playing a cut throat tier 1 deck stomping on all the pub players. Felt bad man. The whole table rolling their eyes watching me for like 10 minutes resolve spells.

The only problems I've had with Yidris is that the archetype is so vulnerable to taxes i.e. Aura of Silence, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Root Maze etc. You almost have to get him out by turn two or you will get hosed out of the game.

Isnt Concordant Crossroads just straight up better than Mass Hysteria

Concordant Crossroads is a World Enchantment. Which is straight up worse than Mass Hysteria, seeing as it will get sacrificed as soon as any other World Enchantment enters the battlefield. See the world rule from the Comprehensive Rules 420.5i.

What is your thought on Retract, Hurkyl's Recalland Paradoxical Outcome? With the cascade triggers it would be insane, letting you generate a lot of value from returning rocks to your hands and casting them again for always more cascade triggers.

I mean, you wouldn't you play those cards if you had to go manually.

Scroll Rack is crazily good after an Ad Nauseam. So if you didn't get the rocks or tutors, you can dispose all your lands, of course, except one if you got Mox Diamond. What do you think?
