Nihil Spellbomb should probably become Rest in Peace, or just run Bojuka Bog if you want the targeted removal.
Obelisk of Esper could become Darksteel Ingot, Chromatic Lantern, or Commander's Sphere. All of these are very relevant and are direct upgrades.
