Based around counter spells boosted with Baral, draw spells, and burn spells the idea is to either: get lots of Inst/Sorcery cards in the graveyard for Enigma Drake and the occasional Rise from Tides or use the wizard subtheme to enable Docent of Protection to swing in for the kill. Low creature count and potentially low creature power, but I want this deck to be about forethought for the endgame and rapid response to the opponents' board (so, blue and red in a nutshell).

Any advice is appreciated; I will say that I don't like running decks made of what turns out to be full playsets of a few creatures. It gets boring way to fast, so I want to keep my duplicate creature count down to 3.
