This is a Blue Red Dragonstorm deck that attempts to kill your opponent with a huge mass of dragon creatures! Scourge of Valkas and Bogardan Hellkite let you do direct damage to your opponent or their creatures, and Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund lets you swing in with haste to get the win!

Dragonstorm is not any easy spell to cast though, it costs NINE mana! to get the mana to cast it we rely on one time use mana spells like Lotus Bloom, Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual, and Mana Seism. Mana Seism is perhaps the most interesting, requireing you to sacrifice lands in order to gain mana from it, but given we only need one red to cast Dragonstorm and we usually don't need lands after we cast it, it is worth it for us to sac them for the additional mana over a more normal ritual. Goblin Electromancer also reduces the price of the combo, not only by reducing the cost to play Dragonstorm but also by reducing the cost to play each of our rituals thus making them net one more mana when cast.

In addition to the mana we run a lot of search spells to find Dragon storm and find the mana accelerates we need. Serum Visions and Sleight of Hand come in at the one drop slot and are great to give us some early game smoothing. Peer Through Depths digs us 5 deep for 2 mana which makes it great at finding dragonstorm. It also has a synergy with Desperate ritual since it is an arcane spell and desperate ritual has splice onto arcane. The most interesting search spell is our two-of See Beyond which not only draws us two cards but lets us put a dragon back into our deck. Karrthus is the most important one to put back if he's stuck in hand.

You can do a lot of damage with a relatively low storm count. With Two triggers on Dragonstorm you can do 17 damage by putting Bogardan Hellkite and Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund into play (5 direct damage from Bogardan, then Karrthus gives them both haste letting us swing for an additional 5 + 7). With Three triggers you can grab a Scourge of Valkas before Bogardan and Karrthus, netting 6 additional direct damage and 4 more combat damage. You can also just kill with direct damage very quickly. Scourges do more direct damage than Bogardans for anything but the last resolved dragonstorm copy for storm count 4 or greater.
