Archive Trap is a strict 4 of in modern since everyone runs fetchlands. Along with a min 2 recommended 4 Ghost Quarter in case their not running fetches and it deals with manlands, tron lands etc also it can entice opponent to search getting a free archive trap.

Also 5 equipment for 10 creatures is a lot

Fireshrieker is a better version of Inquisitor's Flail as damage to your creature isn't doubled and it gives your creatures first strike. Also this will trigger combat damage twice which flail won't.

You need to focus more on either beat-downs (Delver) or Mill. Mixing the two is not very effective.

I have seen some very effective Modern U/B builds. The Phantasms are fine, but the other creatures aren't needed. Hedron Crabs are a much better choice.

I disagree that Breaking is "strictly better" than Mind Sculpt. The mana cost on Mind Sculpt makes it easier to cast than Breaking-I would use both. Dream Twist is not good. I would replace it with a card that is much better in that spot, Archive Trap. That can be cast before you even play a card. Mind Funeral is a lot better than Mind Grind. You absolutely need some number of Crypt Incursions in your mainboard. Depending on your budget, Snapcaster Mage is also very good mainboard. I would lose the artifacts. They are taking up slots that need to be taken by Mill spells.

The manabase needs some attention. Polluted Deltas, Watery Grave, Darkslick Shores are necessary to fix your mana and ensure you don't get mana screwed.

Also, I don't see a sideboard. You should always build a deck and the sideboard at the same time. There will always be adjustments to be made for the sideboard, but they most certainly must not be an afterthought.

I forgot to mention Extirpate and Surgical Extraction. Having a couple in the main and the rest in the side is a solid choice. You should run one or the other. There are arguments for both on which is better. But they go great with Ghost Quarter (which you should run a couple of, IMO).

No delvers. No Mirko. No equipment.

Snapcaster Mage and Hedron Crab

Nephalia Drownyard and Spell Pierce

Go Esper mill, the fetches will make your crabs better, path with snap is primo removal, spell pierce too. The prison will buy you time to get some orbs out.
