Hi. I made another deck. A deck that has cards that are all 25 cents or less at cardkingdom.com. This deck has the ability to get up to 7 power on the board on turn 1, but it usually just gets a horde of goblin tokens on the first few turns then does stuff that kills your opponent.
Okay, enough rambling. Let's talk about the cards in this deck. A key card in this deck is
Kuldotha Rebirth
. How do you cast it without an artifact? There are artifacts in the deck. This is casual, so we can use Phyrexian Walker. The other artifact is Ornithopter. Next up is Infernal Plunge. This card is broken in this strategy. This card allows you to play your entire hand on turn 1 with the right setup. Just sacrifice a Walker or Thopter an get 3 red mana to cast a Burning-Tree Emissary or a Kuldotha Rebirth. Seems totally fair and balanced. Of course, we need more Goblins. That's why we have Mogg War Marshal,
Dragon Fodder
and Krenko's Command. Once we have a small horde, we can cast some cards that interact with our creature count: Battle Hymn and Mob Justice. Battle Hymn is just free mana. Mob Justice, however, can kill the opponent on the spot. Next up,
Ashling's Prerogative
. You know what's better that an army of Goblin tokens? An army of hasty Goblin tokens. Last is a pair of Lathnu Hellion. Sure, it has anti synergy with the Prerogative, but in situations where you don't have the Prerogative, which is pretty common, that thing is just free damage.
This deck is obviously not legal in modern, but if you want it legal in modern and keep the 25 cent prices, I can help with that. Mob Justice is replaced by
Massive Raid
. Phrygian Walker is replaced by literally any equipment in that Cheeri0s deck from a few months ago. Some examples include:

. Phrygian Walker (Or whatever you replaced it with before) becomes Memnite. You can also add Blood Moon or Simian Spirit Guide. Pauper? Simple. Almost the entire deck is commons, so that's pretty easy. Again, Ashland's Prerogative becomes Goblin Bushwhacker, and Lathnu Hellion becomes Simian Spirit Guide.
