The winconditions are Torment of Hailfire and Banefire. The idea is to fuel the X value by generating a lot of mana with al the artifacts on the battlefield and either Inspiring Statuary or Storm the Vault, or both!

Sai, Master Thopterist generates extra artifacts, Trophy Mage is used to fetch either the first Inspiring Statuary or extra copies of Powerstone Shard.

Search for Azcanta   helps find all the combo pieces. As does Treasure Map  , plus this one generates 3 artifacts, and one more if Sai is out when you play it.

Note that Mirage Mirror becomes efficient as soon as there are 2 or more Powerstone Shard on the battlefield, pay 2, gain 3 from the mirrored shard and each shard gains +1 mana!

Prophetic Prism is an other artifact for Sai, but the card draw is really useful because this deck will empty your hand fast with all the cheap spells. And it also helps with mana fixing if there are unlucky land draws.
