So, I've played MBC in pauper for quite a while. I love the deck, and I'm very practiced with it. I also can't help but fiddle with things, so with the downshift of Dimir Guildmage I thought I would try it out. The question has been more about what to cut. Is it just a sideboard card for slower matches or does it break into the main deck. Is it worth a splash of blue for the first ability, or does that hurt Tendrils of Corruption too much in the matches I need it in and slow me down enough in the early game against more aggressive decks (and can I make that up by moving something like Disfigure in). So many questions and so much testing to do.

What I don't want to end up doing, though, is making a truly Dimir Control deck out of this. I want to keep the "spirit" of this deck intact. I may start playing around with a Dimir lists, but that would be a side project.
