iunno, my original idea was an Izzet deck revolving around fevered visions, but i'm thinking a playset of Glimmer of Genius plus a playset of Dynavolt Tower is probably more deadly.

relatively good curve; lots of card draw/scry; some counterspells, some bounce; handful of spirits for synergy/blockers (door #1, door #2, door #3); & finally Jace, Unraveler of Yarns for MASTER CONTROL.
