does the turtle have a home? yes, it does, in Phenax super mill of awesomeness. the deck runs a total of 12 mana rampers to get into Phenax, God of Deception and then into cards like Meandering Towershell and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver to win hella quick. Dragon's Eye Savants has 6 toughness for two mana!!! BONKERS. needless to say it works well. Sultai Soothsayer helps you dig as well as having 5 toughness and fueling up your grave for a game winning Dig Through Time. the last miller includes Altar of the Brood which mills pretty consistently. anywho, thats the deck. i have built four variations of phenax mill because i genuinely think it should be a deck. will this one do it! find out soon....
