Dimir hand manipulation experimental concept.

Bad Moon ===> Waste Not (from M15)

Master of the Feast + Notion Thief = a burly body, and I draw the extra card.

Whispering Madness + Notion Thief = both players discard their hands, then I draw all the cards.

Whispering Madness + Waste Not = I get a variety of zombies, mana, and draw cards (if they had any cards in hand).

So here is the ideal game plan:

Early: Resolve Waste Not and/or Shrieking Affliction while keeping the ground clear with Bile Blight, Far / Away, and Thoughtseize.

Mid: Resolve Lifebane Zombie or Liliana's Reaver. Considering playing Master of Feasts if I have a Notion Thief which I can cast during my own upkeep with flash. Note: it is okay i the opponent is able to draw a large hand, so it is okay if they kill Notion Thief.

Late: Whispering Madness to combo with Waste Not and/or Shrieking Affliction and/or Notion Thief.

The only damage sources are Shrieking Affliction and attacking with modestly evasive threats (Lifebane Zombie, Liliana's Reaver, and Master of Feasts).

I admit to being skeptical that I'll get there with damage and suspect that the deck will only win when significant card advantage can be claimed through Waste Not or Notion Thief (or modest card advantage through Liliana's Reaver or Lifebane Zombie).
