I'm going to jump the fluffy stuff and go to the deck breakdown.

Hedron Crab: Number One on the 0/2 blacklist. Practically 3 EVERY TURN! Polluted Delta is for the double trigger.

Fog Bank: Because blocking Marit lage and not dying is fun.

Hero's Downfall: Some creatures should not be here...

Archive Trap + Ghost Quarter : Choices... Choices...... and neither one is the right one!

Liliana Vess: For LilianaLock, Tutoring, or just bringing a shipload of creatures on the battlefield.

Crypt Incursion : Life is good. Now it's better.

Visions of Beyond: The one and only Ancestral Recall for Mill decks.

AS TO WHY I"M NOT RUNNING THESE CARDS

Psychic Strike : Great card. But I found that Hero's Downfall was a better option because I could use later on.

Tome Scour: The turn 1 spot is reserved for Hedron Crab or tapped lands.

Consuming Aberration: Little too much for something that is not as versatile as Liliana Vess.

Wight of Precinct Six and Avatar of Woe: Traded for Mill and Removal making the game favoring me quicker.
