I just now recently return to MTG, this is my deck, i run on a very limited buget so I've nothing super expensive, i'll appreciate your suggestions and advices.

The work like that: you cast green to cast red or blue to defend the board or to inflict dmg, and then you cast Spellheart Chimera to win, if you haven't finisehed your opponent at that point.
