18 dual lands and 2 basic lands to maximize color diversity. Coupled with singular mana color cost cards outside of Dissipate, Deprive, and Dash Hopes to minimize any land problems running three colors may cause.

Isochron Scepter can be used with 20 instant cards giving more creature control and counters. Best used for Silence/Deprive/Doom Blade/Go for the Throat

Use Thoughtseize as a peek into what cards need to be countered and controlled to minimize threats.

Use Dash Hopes over Mana Leak if opponent is running low cast cards.

Use Dismember over Doom Blade or Go for the Throat if opponent is running black or artifacts.
