A fun budget and Dynavolt control deck with Goblin Dark-Dwellers in place of Torrential Gearhulk. Also a slightly budget mana base with no Hubs. Not all of us can do that. Any help would be fantastic, as I only just returned to the standard format. Please no negative comments, though. What do they call it? Constructive Criticism? Ideally I would cut a Scatter to the Winds and a Void Shatter for two more Disallows, but again, budget. Also a second Jace would be nice.
