An attempt to build a budget blue-white control deck, asserts its mastery of the board and gets there by clearing the board and swinging in with Myth Realized, awakened lands, and/or Pearl Lake Ancient.

I am planning to take this to Game Day, and I'm in the market for upgrades. I'm pretty sure Encircling Fissure is wrong (might replace with Immolating Glare or another Clash of Wills), but it might be good sideboard against aggro strategies (a fun way to blank Atarka Red's combo). Might go down to one Noyan Dar main deck, since he's a lightning rod for removal. I might try obtaining a quarantine field or more prairie streams.

Also have no idea what to do with my sideboard, and welcome suggestions.
