Budget Blue Steel! This deck uses Etherium Sculptor, Chief Engineer, and Grand Architect to power out higher cmc artifacts like Lodestone Golem early. Lodestone's tax and Judge's Familiar prevent interaction while you beat them down with big beaters and/or go wide with blue flyers and vehicles.

The most important upgrade to make right away is to add two copies of Throne of the God-Pharaoh in place of Signal Pest. This card lets you deal damage on turns where you're tapping your creatures via Chief Engineer or Grand Architect to cast spells. It also works very well with vehicles like Smuggler's Copter, which can tap summoning sick creatures with the Crew ability to eek out the maximum amount of damage (you can Crew multiple times, too). It might not seem like much at first, but Throne of the God-Pharaoh is one of the best cards in this deck!
