Simple, fill the board with little creatures while gaining life and burning your opponent slowly for having them. Then, Blasphemous Act will cost so little that, when it goes off, not only will killing all the stupid little spirits your Forbidden Orchard created make your Blood Artist a win condition, but your Boros Reckoner and Spitemare can redirect that damage towards the opponent for obscene amounts of burn. Then, if you can't get that combo off, you can use rakdos charm to make all those pesky spirits deal damage to your opponent.
