Deck is mine, have been thinking about it as a replacement for my dredge list. With journey into nyx about to drop in, naya hexproof will be a big thing. Dredge seems well positioned, however its fragile to random rest in peace and scavenging ooze is a big thing that kills it. This as a replacement, Looks like fun to get into the new format. It has hand disruption and removal spells similar to mono black. Abrupt decay and golgari charn are once again some of the most powerful cards in standard. Abrupt decay can kill a lot of things as well as go detention sphere hunting. Golgari charm does the same things as well as wrathing the board as well as an answer to supreme verdict. Hero's downfall is an answer to everything, and putrefy does kill creatures as well as artifacts, so it does pick off a random weapon here and there. Devour flesh is good against creature decks and a good answer against naya hexproof, which is going to be popular.
