Hello there! This is my first deck on this site. This deck revolves around the combo, Panoptic Mirror + Part the Waterveil! The way you win is to play Panoptic Mirror, then a turn or more after, use its Imprint on Part the Waterveil. Then every turn, you get another turn! If you have any suggestions, please tell me. I have bought the Mind vs Might decks (Beacon of Tomorrows from it inspired me for this. It is also an alternate win condition, and stops you from milling yourself), and deck builders for Amonkhet and Ixalan. Keep in mind I am also on a budget.
