Ok. Here are some suggestions from me:

First of all: What do you want to copy with your Clone -like creatures? If you mostly copy creatures opponents control cut them out. This is because of one wise thing a pretty good player once told me: "If you clone a creature the opponent still has it and he will most likely be able to make a better use of it then you. And if you want to use it to destroy legends it is a pretty mana expensive and instable destroyer."

For the land I suggest the same thing as in the other deck: Cut out comes-into-play-tapped-lands since they only slow you down.

The flicker theme is quite interesting but there are a bit less of them in the deck since there are not so much of them existing. It might be pretty unstable to rely on that.

And last but not least: Focus a bit more on using you commander. Use some other exalted ones like Qasali Pridemage and some unblockable creatures like Invisible Stalker and especially Blighted Agent (it is a killer with your commander).

with Clone i can copy any one of my creatures they all have eot abilities and clone is larkable.

i dont really see too many tap lands, other than bouncelands (which are good), Vesuva (whis is amazing and a wasteland for leg lands, Celestial Colonnade , Seaside Citadel and Cathedral of War which can be taken out but im stubborn

as for the flicker mech i have 11 cards that flicker, not to metion ways to get them back, i think thats a fine amount. there are more cards with that mech i can put it, but i think i have the ones that give the most bang for my buck

and as for Rafiq of the Many i dont want to build around him. hes just the best bant gen for me. late game if i need that extra damage boom hes there. early game if i dont draw creature action. early rafiq threat.

i would like to add card:Alchemist's Refuge to the deck for some flavor.

ty again for you critique

I like the idea, but find a different general. This deck is kind of lopsided in the fact that its general is kind of unsupported by the deck. I think Ixidron is an absolute troll, and would be funny as hell to keep flickering, but it totally nerfs any exalted triggers. Though I think flickering cards after Ixidron has hit play is brilliant, it doesn't quite synergize with the general. I honestly think this deck could run great and use Treva, the Renewer , Angus Mackenzie , or even Phelddagrif (for flavor and lols) instead of the kind of random Rafiq.

I don't see the use for any of those generals over rafiq. While none of them go with the theme I think rafiq just has the raw power this deck needs tp come back from a deficit. Like I do not play rafiq early game (unless I don't draw action) I just play him when I need him

I guess I see your point. Also try Palinchron or Great Whale or Peregrine Drake , they go straight up infinite with Deadeye Navigator .

Awesome deck! :) I also play Rafiq of the Many as my general, and as you said, I use him to get dirty job done at the end of a game. From my experience - EDH decks tends to be deadly with tutors. In bant colors, we have few really playable options: Congregation at Dawn , card:Eladamri's Call or even Demand . Anyway... flickering is always fun. +1

I suggest putting in a little more ramp into the deck. Other than that I think the deck looks fun.

This looks pretty cool :) the constant jumping of cretures from graveyard to play, hand ect.... could be distracting to the opponent. Bantrulz :p

What about putting in an Oblivion Ring ? A neat trick is to play the O-Ring and then use Venser, the Sojourner each turn to move it to another target. Another fun card with Venser is the Frost Titan . Those two cards will continually keep your opponent tapped, especially if you can attack with the titan and then use Venser.

I think you might find a better commander in derevi:

I know he's not well known yet but I think he'll Orkney better for you than rafiq would.

davidcurnan, I just wanted to mention that your deck inspired me to build a flicker based EDH deck. I didn't think it was going to be very competitive, but it's amazing, and incredibly fun to play. Thank you!

I've solely played this Peekaboo EDH flicker deck for a year, and I still love it. Flicker is my favorite! I dislike infinite combos as well.
