Illusionist's Bracers + Kiora's Follower +Kiora's Follower + Vorel of the Hull Clade can make massive (infinite) Astral Cornucopia.

And:

Illusionist's Bracers + Kiora's Follower +Kiora's Follower + Simic Manipulator can be made infinitely large to steal ANY creature you play!

And:

Illusionist's Bracers + Kiora's Follower +Kiora's Follower + Codex Shredder can mill opponents to death!

And:

Illusionist's Bracers + Kiora's Follower +Kiora's Follower + Vorel of the Hull Clade + Bow of Nylea gives either infinite +1 counters or infinite life.

Finally:

Illusionist's Bracers + Kiora's Follower +Kiora's Follower + Vorel of the Hull Clade + Ring of Three Wishes allows me to find any card I need from my deck, depending on what I need for the win!

How could i forget the possibility of an infinite spam of infinite sized hydra token creatures from a monstrous Hydra Broodmaster found from my deck with the infinite Ring of Three Wishes.

Oh, and there is the board wipe lovelyness of Polukranos, World Eater made infinitely big, and infinitely deadly, what a way to go :-) of course only one is needed due to rinof three wishes.

There is then my personal favourite Prophet of Kruphix to help me play on your turn :)
