My go at a budget Friendly Affinity Deck based on Tempered Steel. I'm new to Modern and still have yet to jump into the Scenes so help would be appreciated.

Chose Red as my 2nd color for G.Blase and Shrapnel Blast. I like the extra added reach they provide as well as removal for potential blockers.

Again this is a Budget deck so No go on Opals, Glimmervoids, and Ravagers.
