Infect hasn't been a huge thing in Pauper since the loss of Invigorate. Fortunately, going from Modern to Pauper, you don't lose a whole lot of cards. All the best pump is at common, along with all the best creatures. Unfortunately, you lose an extremely consistent manabase, making that turn 3 kill a little harder. They still die turn 4 on average though, with minimal interaction. It looks like a really basic list, and it is. And it's all the more frightening because of it.
