Senserazer I feel like splashing Blue is a trap in Living End decks, as the deck's mana base at it's core is Jund due to the Cascade engine. While a 4 color mana base isn't entirely undoable in Modern, it does lower the consistency of mana in the deck and at the very least makes our already poor aggressive matchups significantly worse (due to requiring more fetches and shocks). The Blue cycling creatures would otherwise be worth running, but I'm not entirely convinced they're worth the opportunity cost.

Orion_121 Black isn’t a color I have tested much with, but I have considered adding a Black splash before. I decided against it early because I found the win conditions to be a bit unreliable, and overall I think the deck performs slower wife succumbing to the same weaknesses. Syphon Life is aggreeably a great win condition for the deck, but after that Stab Wound type effects become our next viable option which similarly folds to non-creature decks. Pestilence is a card that looks good at first in this deck, but I have reservations on dealing damage to our own creatures as that potentially makes us prone to targeted removal. Black luckily does give us the best removal Pauper has to offer, but keep in mind that removing creatures potentially slows down the speed of the lock. As far as Gods Willing is concerned, I find the Scry to be more valuable than hedging against certain match ups and thus feel that Stave Off would be better suited for the sideboard for those particular match ups you mentioned!

teddyguru Raise the Alarm isn’t a card this deck wants, since a one time use of two 1/1 Soldier tokens isn’t going to provide inevitability or establish a lock on the board. Cenn's Enlistment simply is a better card in this deck due to being repeatable

I’ve experimented with W/G, W/R, W/U and Jeskai versions of this strategy to various degrees of success. As far as W/U Glare Lock is concerned, I found cantrips to be valuable in assembling the pieces as well as having access to Curse of the Bloody Tome as an inevitable win condition. As far as suggestions, I would add the curse simply because as of now you only have Guardian of the Guildpact as the only win condidition and even that isn’t great against Artifact creature decks. Curse of Chains and Azorius Signet seem like weird includes for the deck, and I would cut those in favor of additional creatures since 3-ofs and 2-ofs really hurts consistency. Finally, the reason I ultimately scrapped the W/U version of the list is due to the inherent anti-synergy between Counterspell and Cho-Manno's Blessing. Being able to cast one means you likely won’t be able to cast the other, and cutting either isn’t something I would recommend since replacing Blessing with Inviolability doesn’t blank your opponent’s removal spells. Counterspell provides protection, but only once AND doesn’t deal with creatures already resolved by the opponent wheras Blessing does both. Along with this restriction, I found adding Blue simply provided cantrips and as well as an alternate win condition, which is why I decided to make my own list Mono White.
