So here we are in time where Snapcaster Mage and Cryptic Command cost as much as having a heart transplant!
So sitting alone looking at some of the cheaper blue staples that exist in magic I was thinking. Can I make a semi functional budget Blue Deck.
So I tinkered away for a little bit and came up with this. Its nothing fancy but it can be annoying to the opponent.

swing for the damage and everything else controls the board state.
Into the Roil kicked is basically two modes of Cryptic Command for the same mana.
This deck has had some updates in with new stuff coming out. Blink of an Eye and Pteramander are in and Test Subject is out
So yeah anyway feel free to suggest some ideas! Trying to keep it under 100 bucks and it is more for fun than anything
