Flicker (Modern MTG Deck)

This is a basic shell for a blink style deck. The idea is to repeatedly take cards out of play and put thm back in. In the case of either Thragtusk or Blade Splicer, they make creatures, or with Wall of Omens who will draw you cards. The rest of the deck is ramp to get you to a useable amount of mana. The sideboard is built to answer multiple different decks including: Affinity, Jund/Midrange, Tron, and Zoo/Aggro.
