I found this deck online at http://www.mtgvault.com/szetoa/decks/negative-counter-deck/proxy/ I have my own version of a negative counter deck, but I liked this one a bit better so I tried piecing them together. I haven't tried it out yet, but I'm pretty sure it has an akward mana base. Anyway, any help is appreciated.
