A deck focused on keeping your opponent's board clean and slowly beating them to death. Breakdown below:

Most of the cards in this deck are self-explanatory; counter spells and roast creatures so you can stay alive long enough to win.

Isochron Scepter is a fundamental part of your strategy. As early as turn two, you can drop a Scepter imprinted with a burn spell (or counter spell, in case of emergencies) and instant-speed burn your opponent or their creatures until victory is yours.

Scepters aside, you use Delver of Secrets   and Young Pyromancer to whittle your enemies' life total to 0, while playing as much defense for them with cantrips as you can.

The Sideboard is fairly obvious as well;

Kor Firewalker - if you find yourself against a speedy red deck.

Pyroclasm - if you find lots of little creatures swinging at you.

Terminus - if you are having trouble with opponents' beefy creature bases.

Vandalblast - if you find yourself against artifacts.

Oblivion Ring - to deal with planeswalkers or enchantments.
