Wanted to build a budget fun deck to play Pioneer with and given I already have Rakdos lands figured that would be a good place to start. I remembered a super jank deck I played back in Theros standard and here we are. Not saying this deck is great by any means but I would love advice on how to make the deck better, I haven't really played the format yet.
