So the way you put it in parenthetical:

Serra's Herald

Creature - Angel (Mythic)

Flying, Lifelink

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice Serra's Herald, if you do, scry X, where X is a quarter of your life total, rounded down.

7/3

Using a favorite mechanic of mine, Fateful Hour (Break of Day, Clinging Mists, Thraben Doomsayer, Gather the Townsfolk, Faith's Shield, Gavony Ironwright, Spell Snuff, and Village Survivors): and an effect I like- Revival / Revenge

Palliate Life

Sorcery (Rare)

Double your life total. Target opponent loses half their life, rounded up.

Fateful hour - If you have 5 or less life, you may have two target players exchange life totals instead.

First let me say welcome to EDH I really hope you enjoy the format. Second, your landbase and mana ramp look pretty solid at the moment. I question the inclusion of Village Survivors because if you have fateful hour triggered then 9 times out of ten you're gonna lose in the next one or two turns. As much as i love him Garruk Relentless  Flip technically doesn't fit in the deck because his color identity is GB. Curse of the Pierced Heart might be too slow for what I think you are trying to do here but a ping every turn has its uses and it fits your decks theme so it's really a toss up for me. With the amount of wolf tokens you can produce Raised by Wolves could help you sneak some more damage in. Depending on your meta and budget, Coat of Arms would basically end the game for you with a few of your creatures out. Stoneforge Masterwork is another option but it's limited to one creature with the upside your opponents wouldn't get the buff.

All in all it's a great idea for a deck and I look forward to seeing more EDH decks from you in the future. :)
