Aurelia Combat Master

Have you considered these cards? Cloudshift, Ephemerate, Flicker of Fate, Justiciar's Portal, Slip On the Ring, Acrobatic Maneuver, Scrollshift, Distinguished Conjurer, Gilraen, Dunedain Protector, Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel
After you declare Aurelia as an attacker, you can respond to her triggered ability with a Cloudshift effect to flicker her, making her a new object. Then when she attacks during the 2nd combat, her ability triggers again to get you a third combat. The creatures who have cloudshift abilities are extra nice because the number of extra combats you get is only limited by the amount of mana you have available to spend on their abilities.

It's a bit mana-intensive, but Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel is repeatable blink.

Sadly your commander and deck need to fit for the companion to work, which is why currently only a few commanders work with Lurrus, that fit both Lurrus into the color identity and fit the commander into Lurrus's companion requirement, namely the following:
Killian, Ink Duelist, Karlov of the Ghost Council, Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, and Will the Wise all work on their own, as well as the following partner variants in Miara, Thorn of the Glade with any of the following: Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel, Keleth, Sunmane Familiar, and Akiri, Line-Slinger, or the variation from the new Friends Forever when pairing specifically Will the Wise with Lucas, the Sharpshooter.

I think the largest issue in your deck is that you are spreading your resources very thin, you are balancing flicker creatures with instant/ sorcery payoff pieces, with a political commander. The reason (I believe) your games are so polar, is because you need to draw into all three pieces to really get your deck running.
First of all, lets look at your commander choice, while Pramikon, Sky Rampart can offer political advantages and protection, he seems less focused on the strategy of your deck. I believe that a commander suited towards your blink strategy specifically would make you deck run much more consistent. Although, this almost certainly means that a change in color identity will be needed, since there's no big blink Jeskai commanders. At best there's maybe Vadrok, Apex of Thunder which can let you recast your blink spells. If you are open to partner decks, then Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel and Kraum, Ludevic's Opus is VERY good. You could throw them in and keep the rest of your 99 the same and see more consistent results right away.
Next, lets examine some of your instant/ sorcery pay-offs. I actually really like the cards like Archaeomancer and Ardent Elementalist, and I don't think that changing them out will bring you more consistency, as they are what makes the deck consistent at all in the first place. After play-testing a little bit I can see their value.
A few cards that I think are slowing your deck down are:
Approach of the Second Sun- Not a great win con in my opinion, one of those cards that is dead early game and late game takes too long to get going.
Ghostly Prison and Propaganda- I am not sure yet, but I think some more higher end etb payoffs might be better in these slots. Maybe something like Glorious Protector (board wipe protection, etb doubles).
Other than that, your deck looks really solid! Let me know if you have any issues or questions and I'll be happy to help!
Happy Deckbuilding!

If you need anymore protection options Steely Resolve, Saryth, the Viper's Fang, Privileged Position, Slippery Bogbonder or Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel as some tribe friendly protection options.
As an amusing bonus Steely Resolve can be used to disable most voltron commanders by choosing their commanders creature type and giving it shroud, if it targets its a no go removing most equip or enchantment options.
Saryth, the Viper's Fang has some nasty potential to turn blocks deadly by tapping your blocker or prevent spot removal on your other creatures.
Slippery Bogbonder has some nasty potential with your commander to make him untargetable to the enemy and massively pump him up for a very ugly surprise depending on the number of +1/+1 counters you have.
Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel is an interesting utility creature able to act as a mana dump later game, triggering your commander and etbs one or more times a turn if hes not on protection duty.

king-saproling, thank you for suggesting cards for this deck. You are the first and for that I am glad.
However, I don't know how much I want those cards... I addressed Basalt Monolith in the "About Infinite Mana" tab thing saying that I don't want cards that are too cheesy. Anyone could see that Basalt would be very strong, so it's not a very interesting choice for this deck. It's also a card I ran in the first iteration of the deck and it wasn't very fun since the deck isn't very strong nor competitive. Gemstone Array is a very cool card, I personally like storage effects even though they aren't that strong usually, but this deck feels more synergistic when I use tappy stuff, and tappy stuff sounds cool. This deck also has a fair bit of ramp as well. Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel is another cool card, but I think Flickerform or Angel of Condemnation are better and I've already taken out Flickerform. Mimic Vat is really neat and does have an advantage over Osgir, the Reconstructor and Feldon of the Third Path in that you can use opponents' creatures or stop a specific creature from entering the graveyard, but it's less flexible when it comes to choice and I don't know if I need more recursion.
I don't know if it's necessary for me to talk this much, but I felt like it was giving you more respect. If you think your suggestions are good and I just missed why, please tell me. I want to do what's best for this deck, especially since I made it so unfocused despite the investment I put in.
