FormOverFunction I'm not sure I follow the idea that 100% of existing equipment effects are suitable for fortifications. Most equipments modify power and toughness, which does nothing for most lands. There's also over 1,000 creature auras and less than 100 land aurs, so even if the procession from enchantment to artifact happened for lands, the pool is still a lot smaller.
There are absolutely lots of things you could do to lands. But how many of those change the core concepts of what lands do? Lands are generally there to make mana. Creatures have a lot more range in what they can and should do. Changing that would be changing some of the core philosophies and assumptions of the game. It could happen, and a fortification-heavy set could be really good if done right. But it would have to be handled carefully, since there's just not a lot of range on what lands are expected or allowed to do at this point.
What would be a good draft worthy baseline effect for fortifications? Equipments have Honed Khopesh, Leonin Scimitar, and Short Sword. What would be an equivalent common effect for lands, and how much should it cost to be fair in all colors?
Alternatively, what would a non-draft product like a Commander deck look like? How do you interact with fortifications, and what would you do with them? Continuing the parallels with equipments, there are cards that search for equipments, give bonuses for using more equipments, and so on that get made for Commander decks. Would Fort Voltron be a viable play style? If so, what makes it different from regular Voltron?

Took a look at the Egyptian block legendofa, found some good ones.
•Driven / Despair (particularly the Despair half)
•Nissa's Defeat (might have to go under Tentacles/Tendrils category, but I think it counts)
These are close but I’m not sure how you feel:
•Accursed Horde I’m in favor of this one. No hands are shown which belong to the subject, but I am convinced this is first person. The skeleton guy is grabbing the necklace of the viewer.
•Lethal Sting I have no idea what sort of creature this stinger is connected to, so I don’t know if this is from its perspective or not.
•Deem Worthy is definitely FPP, but we only see a weapon without any hands shown.
•Lay Bare the Heart the angle might be a bit too side-on to be 1st person, but your call.

I've also recently started PDH. I would suggest changing the following for objectively-better versions
Cultist's Staff -> Vulshok Morningstar
Marauder's Axe - > Bonesplitter
other suggestions
Leonin Scimitar , Short Sword alternatives or you can add all 3 as they are just other Honed Khopesh
Skyblinder Staff If you have flying and cant be blocked by flying, you can only be blocked by Reach (which not many PDH players play)

Early-game swords are pretty much Leonin Scimitar, Honed Khopesh (I think), and Veteran's Sidearm.

Congrats on such a nice showing! I'm glad to have helped a little. :)
For rotation, the good news is that most of the deck is sticking around except for Slither Blade, Unsummon, Honed Khopesh, and you can replace Khopesh with the functionally-identical Short Sword. The bad news is that Slither Blade and Unsummon are important for the deck to work, especially Unsummon since we badly need one-mana interaction to tempo our opponents down. Artificer's Assistant might be an ok substitute for Slither Blade and there are a bunch of 2-mana bounce spells to choose from, but the deck would certainly be a bit worse overall with those changes. Maybe we'll get a one-mana bounce spell in the second Ravnica set, or maybe it'll make more sense to switch over to flyers to take advantage of Favorable Winds. Time will tell.

If you want you can also add in some of the 1 drop equip spells like Honed Khopesh

Consuming Fervor might be an interesting addition, perhaps instead of either Short Sword or Honed Khopesh. I get that the equipments stay even if the creature dies, but +3/+3 is pretty good! Coupling that with Vizier of Remedies could be fun, but I don't know how you would make room for the vizier. Just a thought!
Cool deck! +1 from me!
