Herd Baloth
Creature — Beast
Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on this, you may create a 4/4 green Beast creature token.

Looks pretty good. Adding Herd Baloth would create a whole host of additional infinite combos with many of the cards you've already added. Though they're expensive, Ocelot Pride would probably explode the amount of tokens you create by a significant amount.

What if I changed Vorosh to Partners?
Vorosh is very weak. He wasn't even good when he came out, and since then he's been very powercrept badly. I've been wanting to build more partner decks with the 2016 partners ever since I bought those decks and this combination seemed like a natural fit. Adding white has also proved to be very beneficial.
This deck is built with high synergy in mind. Practically everything in the deck has to do with counters, Phyrexian Reclamation being one of the only exceptions. Jarad is a good card of course, and creatures in this deck get very large, but he has no synergy other than that. We also already have a way to win outside of combat with Simic Ascendancy.
I don't see Blade of Selves being good in here at all. It's only good with like 3-5 cards (Reyhan, Zegana and Quilled Greatwurm and arguably Railway Brawler and Ancient Bronze Dragon) other than those 3-5 cards it does basically nothing. There's a rule I follow in deckbuilding (the Rule of 7) where if I'm putting something in it needs to work with at least 7 other cards and this doesn't.
Gitrog is definitely a powerful card. It could potentially do work in here. That being said the deck isn't really hurting for card draw or ramp. One of the decks weaknesses lies in that there aren't enough cards that synergize with counters, ramp, and cost 3 are less to consistently get off to strong starts. Gitrog doesnt really shore up on that weakness being 5. I'll think about it.
I was aware of Agonasaur Rex (it's in the maybeboard as well as Basking Broodcale) and was considering giving it a try, the problem is there are already 3 protection spells in this deck (Mutational Advantage, Inspiring Call and Ripples of Potential) and they're all better. It's not needed.
Evolution Witness is already in here, I just haven't updated the description yet.
There are a lot of cards that do what Basking Broodscale does, namely Scurry Oak, Herd Baloth and Animation Module. I've tried several of them in the deck before and while making a ton of tokens can be good to combo, or on defense, or with Cathar's Crusade, I found that it's too much investment to be doing what is essentially a side objective. The deck doesn't need cards that are in there basically only to combo or to get incidental value when the main gameplan is already so effective.

Byrke/finneas counter overload, WIP

You mentioned combos. Here are a few to suggest. I personally think that if it takes more than just two cards to combo, it isn’t worth it.
Cathars' Crusade + Herd Baloth = Infinite creatures and counters.
Cathars' Crusade + Scurry Oak = Infinite creatures and counters.
Herd Baloth + Ivy Lane Denizen = Infinite creatures and counters.
As for cuts, it really depends on the desired theme. You have too much for me to really make any firm suggestions. Green is known for mana ramp and you aren’t running any of that. These would be cards like Cultivate. Same thing with white. It is best known for card removal and I don’t see anything like that, with cards like Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile.
As for what currently is in the deck list, if you can give me an idea of what the theme might be I could make some cut suggestions.

Hi, this looks like a lot of fun to play! Did you know that Rosie Cotton of South Lane actually goes infinite with Scurry Oak and Herd Baloth?

I will rather buy basic Counterspell than the denial. I'm not a big fan of filling opponent's hand with new cards to play.
Anguished Unmaking I do have in the wishlist in the main deck page but it wasn't available in my local card shop and I do not want to pay 2€ for a card and 10€ for shipping.
Vigor I do have in the list as well but same problem as Unmaking except this card is expensive by itself.
Ivy Lane Denizen is too monocolor focused.
Scurry Oak is pretty much the Herd Baloth but cheaper so might as well include it in the list but I already have Baloth IRL so don't see much reason to buy oak rn.
Genju of the Realm is pretty much just one of my most favorite cards. Was definitelly the top 3 cards I used 20 years ago. So the reason it is there is mostly nostalgia. Other than that it gives 5 +1/+1 counters on Ramos, Dragon Engine right away and triggers Alela, Artful Provocateur ability. Plus it is a 8/12 trample for 2 mana on demand. And if I put it on the indestructible artifact land then good luck getting rid of it. But sure I could see it replaced. It doesn't have that much synergy as the rest

Waaaaaait.
I'm stupid.
I have the Herd Baloth in the deck for a reason. It breaks the game if you summon it after Cathars' Crusade. I take back ditching that one.

Well, I have been avoiding all "mutation" cards because the mutate mechanic is just headache for me. But this one seems good enough and can get out of hand for opponents real fast. I will definitelly add it to the maybeboard. The only thing I'm little bit afraid of is the fact it turns all the creatures that come to play into a mutant on top. Isn't that unnecessary danger? Aren't there cards like "choose type destroy that type" or "choose type you get protection from that type" etc? But thanks anyway I still consider it.

Re: Lands: Ancient den is leftover from old times when I used to have more modular creatures and more artifacts in general and it felt like a cool theme and such and as a "cooler plains" while classmates had plain plains. Plus I had Seat of Synod and Great Furnace as well in the deck. But I guess it adds just unnecessary risk. The only purpose it can have rn is flipping Thousand Moons Smithy Flip more easily. And makes Assert Authority cheaper. I also use some double lands other than Temple so including temple my 31 lands can produce 36 mana at the same time and the aforementioned Smithy flips into an another land. Plus 6 Ramp artifacts and 1 Ramp enchantment and Vedalken Engineer gives 2 mana as well. Should I really ditch Public Thoroughfare? It's just worse command tower with one turn setback. The temple needs only 4 other lands on board and it becomes the 5th and voila you can activate it. I don't remember last time it felt that bad.
Re: Creatures: Esper Stormblade is there just as a cheap starter. 2 mana for a potencial 3/2 flying on board. Plus it is an artifact so it can receive modular counters. But that is where it ends. Fortress Kin-Guard is there for similar reason. Just a solid thing to play in early game because the deck is mid-late. But I guess I could ditch it as well. Arcbound Overseer is from the artifact modular theme times where I used to have the other modular creatures that I have in sideboard. I was thinking should I maybe ditch literally all of the modular creatures to make space for other cards? Maybe keeping only Arcbound Shikari that one feels great. But if I ditch all modulars I might have less fun with Alela, Artful Provocateur as there will be less artifacts to trigger token. And I was considering ditching Akroan Horse I love that card so much. Everything about it. The Troyan horse mechanic the art and all. But I used to run it together with Pillory of the Sleepless making ultimate combo where enemy has a deadweight that gives me a token each turn and takes 1 life form said enemy each turn. But as I don't have the Pillory anymore and in commander it makes tokens for other enemies as well I might as well ditch it. Herd Baloth is pretty monocolor heavy. I have it there so when it enters with Juniper, Baloth gets +1/+1 counter creates the 4/4 token right away and the token gets +1/+1 while Juniper gets 2x +1/+1. Sounds like a good deal but maybe it is too conditional?
Regarding the suggestions. Strix goes into maybeboard as potencial. I love it. Evangel too. Witness is great for returning cards from graveyard so also goes into cards I want. All awesome suggestions.
Re: Instants: The counterspells I use are there simply because it is the ones I already have IRL. And Assert Authority works ok enough with the number of artifacts I have in deck. But I admit the multicolored ones you suggested are better and will eventually swap them for those.
Re: Sorceries: I'm not sure I follow in this one. Lingering Souls give me 4 1/1 tokens with flying (works well with Alela's passive) including the flashback cast for 5 mana and Spectral Procession gives me 3 1/1 tokens with flying for 3 mana which sounds like a good deal with Alela or boosted by the counters. The Visions of Glory sounds risky. It can be either extremely good casted right after Prossh, Skyraider of Kher *f-etch* so I know it makes at least 7 other tokens. But if opponents don't let me build board pressence and I have like 2-3 creatures then the Visions are not getting the value for it's cost. But it's own flashback builds on it's own first cast which can be ridiculous. So I will have to think that one through.
Either way this was really helpful and wonderful brainstorming and I would really really appreciate feedback on the possible ditching of creatures I listed and if I should ditch them. What cards from sideboard I should replace them with if I ditch them?
Thanks.

Going to list a bunch of cards you probably don't want in your deck for fun
Shalai, Voice of Plenty, decent protection and mana sink
Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea, you only have like 3-4 hits for the untap so meh
Akroma's Will killer card, and it's instant speed
The Weatherseed Treaty is... cute? one less land than kodama's reach, but it then makes a token, then it gives a creature like +2/+2... Ok not amazing, but it does give trample too?
Congregation at Dawn cute tutor
Angel of Grace is a lot of mana to hold up when your opponent will likely just combo for an alt win con but it's also based
Rosie Cotton of South Lane doesn't do a ton for you but it's cute. And it combos with Herd Baloth or Scurry Oak if you're into that.
Farmer Cotton not flash unfortunately, but it is an X token creator and it makes food too which is cute?
The Battle of Bywater is also cute, although you don't care about food, and your alternatives give you other benefit like having a side castable in the graveyard
Broodhatch Nantuko cute blocker, otherwise trash. Same with similar card Druid's Call
Mosswort Bridge feels decent when you know for sure your commander has that 10 power condition satisfied.
Traverse the Outlands based card, can be sad when your big creature is removed in response, but it's based so...
Strionic Resonator is honestly decent, you have a decent number of triggered abilities. I guess Lithoform Engine is also valid there
