This Is My First Love, When I Started Magic I Started With A Blue Deck And I've Made It Into This. Not Many People Like Playing Me And You Can Probably See Why.Update

With the Deck as it stands It relies on the 3 Planeswalkers or stormtide leviathan to win the game before that I just stall until I get them, However getting Venser on the field then playing a horde of squadron hawks or alternating two aether adepts to exile there entire mana pool is a great fun.Less one ofs

Removed most of the one ofs to add more consistency, added another Sheoldred, Whispering One, Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief and Bloodgift Demon.Pyrohemia

So I switched out Pryoclasm today for Pryohemia. My thinking on this is that, while Pyroclasm is cheaper, Pyrohemia is reusable every turn. Although, I'm starting to feel that I might have to put in some kind of life gain in here. I'll have to put some thought on what to use for it.This old Deck

This is the last deck that I owned. It was standard legal at the time so that shows how far back I stopped playing until now.vmtoivon, 12 years ago
lots of changes made. I personally like Ambush Viper - Caller of the Claw 'counterattacking' feature. With enough mana, gives a nice bonus surprise with Nim Deathmantle aswell.Adding to the Wolf Pack

Wow, this deck has changed so much. So, not once during game play did Noxious Revival become useful. It has been taken out along with a few different cards to give this deck a new direction. Reckless Waif Flip is still in for its one mana drop. Mayor of Avabruck Flip will still be playing his support role with Adaptive Automaton throwing in a helping had at 3 mana. Lucly enough Adaptive Automaton will be a werewolf, so Full Moon's Rise and Moonmist will still be effective in game. Heavy hitters will be Instigator Gang Flip and Kruin Outlaw Flip for some real damage. Than last but not least for the creature line up is Phyrexian Metamorph as a pinch hitter. Depending on when it comes into play, it could become another Wildblood Pack or Howlpack Alpha that will not flip back or a powerful creature on the other side of the battlefield. I think the rest explains itselfs pretty well. If you like it please give me a 1+. I will come back Saturday with the results from FNM.Wurmcoils!

I decided to buy two wurmcoils. So, finally I have 4 architects, I could add treasure magi to search for wurmcoils and steel hellkites. Besides that 4 chimeric masses which can be strenghtened by contagion clasps, gambits and thrummingbirds. Contagion clasp is spot removal too, and Vapor Snag plus mana leaks are there for stalling. Turn aside is meant to protect my architects/hellkites from nasty destroys. Wurmcoil can defend himself ;) For digging: tezzeret's gambit and ponder. Please comment, leave your advice.brincrane, 12 years ago
Basically the idea is to get out at least one salvage titan first turn and go from there. The deck normally wins about turn 4-5Tests - part 1

Did some tests :) works great. Played vs. blue counter/control, slivers and elves.->Blue (control/counter):
always got it ass kicked. Once the enemy used Mana Breach and i stood there like a jackass with 2x Mountains almost whole game. but i managed to get 4 lands and then i've developed a gigantic(for red decks, obviously) managain loop with Past in Flames, Reverberate & Seething Song. got 23 mana in mana pool. since Djinn Illuminatus & Fire Servant were on the table, single Lightning Bolt ended the game and almost wiped out the whole table.
->Slivers(multicolor mass aggro/damage):
Got shitfaced 2 times. at the beginning it was pretty easy to manage those bitches. but in late game i got all aggro'd and then my goblins weren't able to stop. also i've won....once. got great openning hand and quickly ended the game with some...wait for it...Goblin Guides xD
->Elves (green/black mass aggro):
from those three i must say that elves were in the middle with difficulty of handling. sometimes they were just funny but sometimes they stood their ground.
Some thoughts:
-nothing to fight with enchantments and artifacts (this Mana Breach thing pissed me off!)
-nothing to ensure my creatures position on the table. after they go to the graveyard nothing to somehow benefit from them.
Indirect land destruction

After incorporating a lot of feedback from mtuchler, I found myself pruning out several powerful Red and Green Sorcery which directly destroy permanents, including Tectonic Rift, Melt Terrain, and Bramblecrush. Now the deck focuses on using the Liquidmetal coating to convert opponents' permanents into artifacts, then dispatching them with artifact destruction. MImic Vat is now seeing more use with several viable creatures to clone.
I kind of feel like the deck is trying to pursue two strategies which may or may not have good synergy.
I'm considering removing some of the "win more" cards such as: -1x Magnetic Mine -2x Viridian Revel
Adding: Tectonic Rift, Melt Terrain, Bramblecrush, something like Lightning Bolt (but which is still in the Standard format). These cards are cycled back into my hand by Charmbreaker Devils, and keep an aggressive edge that the deck might currently lack.
